Text actions like BAL for your primary balance and HELP for a list of keyword commands.

Login & Enrollment

  • Search Y-12 Credit Union in the your App Store or Google Play to download the Digital Banking app.

  • Visit the enrollment and registration page here or select Sign Up at the bottom of the mobile app’s login screen.

  • Yes, for your protection, each new device requires a multi-factor authentication.

  • Using the mobile app
    SMS (text)
    1. You will receive a text message containing the code.
    2. You will need to navigate to your messaging app and respond to the message (without closing the mobile app).
    3. You will need to navigate back to the mobile app

    Call
    1. You will receive a call NOT containing the code.
    2. You will be given two options: Press 1 to Verify or Press 3 to Decline
    3. You will need to navigate back to the mobile app.

    If your device’s voice or text multi-factor authenticator is blocked by your service provider, please call us at 800-481-1043.

    Using a browser
     SMS (text)
     1. You will receive a text message containing the code.
     2. The code will need to be entered in the corresponding box on the browser.

     Call
     1. You will receive a phone call with the code.
     2. The code will need to be entered in the corresponding box on the browser.

  • From the Digital Banking login screen, select Forgot Username or Password and follow the prompts.

  • This is not a supported feature. The username and password will need to be entered for each account.

  • You can only access one account using biometrics. For access to additional accounts, you will be required to enter your username and password.

  • Third party cookies are required to view and access enhanced features.

  • To update your address, phone number, and employment information, navigate to the More menu and select Update Contact Information.

    To update your email, username, and password, navigate to the Settings menu (represented by a gear icon in the mobile app) and select My Settings.

  • Using the mobile app
     1. Log into Digital Banking and select the gear icon on the Accounts page.
     2. Select Account Preferences, then select Edit in the top-right of the screen.
     3. Customize and restructure your accounts page. For nicknaming an account, find the account you want rename, and type in the nickname. For hiding or showing an account, select the eye icon next to the account. For restructuring the order of your accounts, drag and drop each account to your preference.

    Using a browser
     1. Log into Digital Banking and select the Settings option on the Accounts page.
     2. Select Account Preferences.
     3. Customize and restructure your accounts page. For nicknaming an account, find the account you want rename, and type in the nickname. For hiding or showing an account, select the eye icon next to the account. For restructuring the order of your accounts, drag and drop each account to your preference.

  • These accounts show up as “joint account” with the last four numbers of the account number listed. If you would like to add a nickname to these accounts for easier review, you can do this under Account Preferences.

  • There is a Loyalty Rewards link at the top of the Main Accounts page. There is also an option in the Cards menu.

  • Using the mobile app
     1. Log into Digital Banking from the app and select the gear icon from the top-right options.
     2. Select Push Notifications in the Settings menu.
     3. Toggle on or off the push notifications you would like to set up or change.

    Using a browser
     1. Log into Digital Banking from a browser and select My Settings from the top-right options.
     2. Under the Other settings table, select Alerts & Notifications.
     3. Select the notifications, thresholds, and channels you would like to set up or change.

    For near real-time alerts for your credit or debit card purchases, navigate to the Cards menu and select Visa Purchase Alerts. Follow the prompted steps to enroll each card.

  • You can access past and current statements from the eStatement menu. If you have not enrolled in eStatements, select the eStatement menu and follow the prompts to enroll.

  • Money Management is a personal financial management tool that helps you budget and manage your finances. You’re able to see all of your financial account balances and transactions in one place – even accounts you have with other financial institutions. Create budgets, set alerts, track expenses, and see where your money is really going.

  • You can view up to 18 months of account history when logged in on a browser and up to six months of account history when logged in the mobile app.


Payments & Transfers

  • EasyPay requires new users to have a checking account with a positive balance ($0.01 or more) to enroll.

  • If you updated your contact information, you will be required to enter an OTP by phone the first time you log in to verify your identity.

  • You can transfer to any person within the United States through the EasyPay Pay A Person (P2p) under the Pay/Transfer menu.

  • Yes, in the Pay/Transfer menu of Digital Banking, select Pay Loan From External Account.

  • No, this is not available in Digital Banking. However you can make your payment through the Online Payment Center on our website.

  • This is processed as a typical ACH transaction and usually takes a few business days. The cutoff is 4 p.m. EST when the file is sent to the fed to process.

  • Yes, your loan (excluding mortgage loans) will display the payment due and the payoff amount as of the current date. For 10-day payoffs, please contact us at 800-482-1043 or visit a local branch.


Business

  • 1.Once logged into EasyPay, select the blue icon of Continue to Settings.
    2. When prompted, select the checking account linked to your bills.
    3. Select Pay Bills and your information will display.
